I am based in Toronto, Canada. Services can be provided worldwide online via Internet or by telephone, and personal appearances for training and mediations can be arranged in most parts of the world if sufficient lead time is provided. Using The Goal Focused Way, I provide clients with the tools they need to formulate goals, and to focus on the means of achieving those goals.
Conflict Coaching: Goal Focused coaching is provided on a personalized, one to one basis to individuals. Individual coaching is generally provided online or via telephone. I have many years of experience assisting people experiencing conflicts or crises within their workplaces or careers. Because my services to individuals are offered online and by telephone, I am able to offer them at reasonable and affordable rates. I also accept assignments from organizations that feel that an individual employee, or small cluster of employees, would benefit from individualized coaching services.

Consulting Services: Consulting services are available to organizations of all types. I specialize in providing a single-day service for assisting employers to deal with conflicts between employees within a department. Generally this involves meeting with all employees individually, beginning with and ending with the department manager. If appropriate, a second half-day can be arranged for me to facilitate a departmental meeting to discuss what has been learned and to agree upon the best ways to move forward.
I also provide consulting services specific to negotiation, having extensive experience negotiating labour issues and contracts within a large unionized workplace.
My goal as a consultant is ALWAYS to facilitate the accomplishment of YOUR goals as an organization.
Mediation: The Goal Focused Way was originally developed for resolving workplace related disputes, and Allan Revich has many years of experience in workplace dispute resolution. Mediation can be very effective in resolving conflicts within teams and workgroups, or between individual employees. Mediation is also very effective at resolving grievances prior to arbitration, and it is always completely confidential.
